Unopened sealed products in their original condition can be returned including change of mind returns. Returns due to change of mind for opened items will not be accepted. They accept returns of products for purchases up to 15 days of delivery only if the products delivered are not what the customer ordered (the model or color is different from what is indicated on the order summary). If the product is not returned with all original items (such as manuals, remotes, cables, etc.) received with it, they may reject the return entirely.

The refund will be initiated once the items are received in the Samsung warehouse and may take up to 15 working days. However, the refund period may vary depending on the payment method and subject to processing duration of the payment agency or customer's bank.
