I placed order for china flash light with 90us$. But Ubuy cancelled my order after paid. I asked multiple times to refund money back but they just said the gate way already auto refunded. Finally they sent me a bill of auto refunded by Payu money gate way, but the amount does not reflected. So I asked again and again, they even asked my confidential bank documents such as bank e-statement, account number for escalation I paid them as well. Finally I contacted Payu money myself because Ubuy is not working for my issues. Payu transfer back to Ubuy. "I write a letter to Ubuy there sign by my signature to transfer the amount to my friend account" because they continuously said rejection by my bank. I know, this letter is legally safe side for them and international audit as well because I already working in finance department. But they denied my requested and only Ubuy credit to my ubuy account. But this credit is useless, I can not placed any order. Every order I place with ubuy credit got cancelled not one or two times more than 15 times. So I wrote wrote a review, they contacted me ( +18594497810) with this number to delete the review and told me to contact customers support to asked orders can ship or not. I follow it " customer support tell me, sure we can ship this products to you then I place order", they cancelled anyway. I lost my money with this way. I just got exhausted, lost money, waste time. I received a handheld massager that was too heavy to be handled with one hand as it should be. I called Ubuy to return/exchange the item but they refused saying that I could return an item only if it was damaged. Their costs are very high and their return policy is just terrible!

The shopping experience was good so far without delays in delivery and the products are genuine. I faced some problems initially when contacting their customer support as it took way longer to connect initially. But the team was helpful. Overall it's genuine website and I'd highly recommend if you're shoping for global items.

This company is a total scam. I placed an order for around 100 dollars and next day the order was canceled from their side saying they were not able to process it and asked me if I wanted Ubuy credit or refund. I chose ubuy credit because there were other items i needed. After the refun, it took the company around 3 weeks to get back to me regarding how to use me ubuy credits. After they walked me through it, they say oh sorry you can't use this money for shipping and handeling this is the company policy. So basically, i am usin this money after i paid for shipping and handling once for merchendises. This is a total scam. This is by far the worse shopping App you want to use ever. - customer service agents have a severe bad attitude - most of items you order don’t get delivered due to their weak network in other markets - when you need to get your refund on items which was canceled, they give you a really hard time. My last order was canceled and they took one month and they haven’t refunded it back; money was gone! - I’ve ordered the same items from Amazon and magic! available and delivered! The reason I’ve used Ubuy was that I thought Amazon don’t deliver from the UK to Qatar. - please note that it’s way more expensive to buy items via Ubuy than Amazon. عرض أقل

Please Do not trust Ubuy. They grab money for express shipping says like 3-9 working days but they deliver after 3 weeks and simply blame the supplier for the delay. They also justify its not their mistake. Later when u open ur delivered package, all items wont be there as promised. Then for the missing item they take another 20days of delivery time. This happened in my case. Also they cancelled one product from my order list due to non availability but to my surprise it was inside. Unfortunately other item was missing. The worst is their customer support team. Each support guy tells me different stories and left me confused. I highly Not recommend UBUY. عرض أقل
