While the Apple iPhone 8 didn’t really manage to show up with anything new, it’s the new iPhone X that’s here to compete with the likes of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and Xiaomi Mi Mix 2. Apple went near bezel-less with this new phone as rumored and there are some new features to look forward to under the hood as well, to find out more about this phone and the iPhone X Qatar price, keep reading.
5.8-inch Super Retina Display
There were rumors about this new phone from Apple with near bezel-less display for quite a while now and the phone looks just as the leaked pictures showed us. It is possible that some people may not like how the front camera is covering some part of the screen but other than that, it’s definitely a good-looking phone. The 5.8-inch screen will be showing 2436 x 1125 pixels resolution and 458ppi of pixel density. This is also an OLED display designed specifically for this phone. Even with the super attractive near bezel-less display, it’s rated IP67 under IEC standard to ensure dust and water resistance. The display will be protected by Ion-strengthened glass and it will be 7.7mm thick. Surprisingly, it will be available in only two colors after the iPhone X release date Qatar: black and silver. The Apple iPhone 8 did get a new color but that’s not the case with the iPhone X. Just like the previous iPhone, this one doesn’t include a 3.5mm headphone jack as well but all the old buttons and ports except the home button is still there.
Unlike the previous iPhones, this one comes with durable glass both on the front and back side. The surgical-grade stainless steel is there to make sure you don’t find it easy to break. This glass back enables the iPhone to support wireless charging. However, if you somehow break the glass back, it will probably cost you almost similar to replacing the front display. To make sure users don’t miss the Home ID button, there are some new gestures like swiping from the button for getting to home. The display includes True Tone technology which can adjust the white balance onscreen matching with the color temperature using the advanced six-channel ambient light sensor. To make sure users can enjoy HDR titles with Dolby Vision and HDR10 right on their iPhone’s screen, it comes with HDR display.
12-Megapixel Dual Cameras with Dual OIS
It’s not just the display that got a big boost, the rear camera also got some new features. Megapixel-wise, it’s still the same 12-megapixel dual cameras that you will get on the back, but it will be capable of capturing 4k videos at 60/30/24fps and 1080p videos at 240fps. One of the cameras is a wide-angle one with f/1.8 aperture while the telephoto lens comes with f/2.4 aperture. Moreover, both the cameras now come with OIS. We will be able to find out more about this camera and compare this phone’s camera with the Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus and LG G6 after the iPhone X release date Qatar. The front camera is still a 7-megapixel one but now it’s capable of capturing images in portrait mode as well with artfully blurred background which was a feature exclusive to the rear camera earlier. It’s titled as the TrueDepth camera.
Another new feature other than the Portrait Mode Selfies is the Portrait Lighting mode. Using this feature, users can enjoy studio-quality lighting effects and take their selfie game to a next level. One more notable feature that you can enjoy now thanks to this new TrueDepth camera is Animoji. It can detect and analyze 50 different muscle movements and then mirror a user’s expression into 12 different Animoji. Users can also include their voice and share these new emoticons via videos within messages. If you have always wanted to make customized emojis, now you can thanks to this new feature.
Fast-charge Support
As usual, iPhone didn’t reveal the exact size of the battery in their announcement. According to Apple, it will last two hours longer than iPhone 7. Another welcoming addition to the iPhone X which was missing in Apple phones is fast-charging. Users will be able to get up to 50% charge in just 30 minutes. It will support wireless charging as well which was another missing feature that is available in most of the flagship phones. However, the new wireless charging pad is not here yet and will be available in the first quarter of 2018.
The phone got a new layer of security with Face ID which will allow users to unlock their phones using facial recognition which is another notable feature of the TrueDepth camera. Using the dot projectors and other sensors, the phone can read the geometry of your face and then compare it with the stored information secured in the A11 Bionic chip. To make sure users enjoy top notch performance and a smooth iOS 11, the phone comes with this new A11 Bionic processor which is 70 percent faster than the older A10 Fusion according to Apple. This new processor will also ensure great augmented reality experiences. There are some AR focused games and apps available in the App store to make the most of this AR friendly processor. The headphone jack is still missing and there will be only two storage options this time: 64GB and 256GB which means there is no 128GB this time. Other notable features include: Bluetooth 5.0, NFC and 3D Touch.
iPhone X Qatar Price
This is where the iPhone X will find itself in a difficult position compared to its competitors, the iPhone X Qatar price. The starting price of this phone will be QAR 3600 . As there are only two storage options this time and no 128GB version, it’s either the 64GB or 256GB that you have to get. If you are ready to accept this price and want to get one, you will have to wait for quite a while as the Apple iPhone X release date Qatar is expected sometimes in November, 2017.
