though I live the same city only few km a way and after a week of waiting, and after thousands of phone calls and emails, I understand some of the items are not available, and they need another week to deliver the other items. if you ask to refund then they may take 2 months to refund your money. They never answer a phone never reply email. never buy from Lulu online

Many items were not delivered even though we had paid the full amount. Customer service doesn't respond on phone or via email.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Terrible experience. this vacuum broke within the first month. It took me a week for the Home Warranty people to answer the phone and then they refused to come out to my home to fix the vacuum that has a year warranty. I had to speak to two Lulu's employees and one manager that finally said to bring it back to the store in Al Ghraffa.
