What malfunctions or product problems do StarTech warranties cover?

StarTech warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for the periods noted in the Website. During this period, the products can be produced for warranty. The warranty covers parts and labor costs only. StarTech does not warrant its products from defects or damages arising from misuse, abuse, alteration, or normal wear and tear. Any change to the warranty term is at the discretion of StarTech


If there is something wrong in the product which is under warrantee, how long will it take StarTech to pick it up, fix it and deliver it back?

Pick up will be done on the next working day of after the request. The duration to fix it and deliver back will depend upon the service time notified by the respective brand service centers. Customers can also present the product at any of the Startech branches.
