What malfunctions or product problems do tuzzut.com warranties cover?
Perfumes are non – returnable products. Returns / replacement will be only accepted for product received are damaged/ defective. Due to health reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on fragrances where the packaging has been opened or used. Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed and packages that are refused. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. The only exception to this is if we have made a shipping error.
